Services To Be Rendered

  1. Minutes and Deed of Trust
  2. Supplementary Deed
  3. We will collect all relevant information and copies of all documents relevant to your application, and check these for completeness and appropriateness before completing the registration form on your behalf and submitting, with supporting documentation, to the Charity Commission & HMRC(if requested).
  4. This fully registers you as a charity with the Charity Commission and HMRC(If requested) to enable gift aid claims to be made.
  5. We shall follow up the applications with the Charity Commission and Revenue and obtain an HMRC Charities Reference Number for your organisation.
